With our Early Booking Offer you can save on your stay and then think nothing more about it until your departure.
Here's how it works:
book your stay by February 28, 2026 and find Discounts between 5 and 15% depending on the period and type of room you choose.
(excluding the period from 8 to 21 August)
The offer is valid for stays of at least 6 nights, with arrival on Saturday or Sunday.

With the all-inclusive formula you have included:
- Abundant breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury specialities, which you can also enjoy on the outdoor terrace
- Lunch and dinner with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian menus with table service
- Water and local wine (or soft drink) during meals
- A beach umbrella and two sunbeds at Bagno Emilio 110 just 150 metres from the hotel, with entertainment for adults and children
- Guaranteed free parking (except from August 1 to 22*)

Free parking near the hotel is available while spaces last and without reservation (with key delivery).
If you prefer a guaranteed guarded parking spaceparking is available about 2 km away with h24 shuttle included at 8 € per day.
BIG discounts for families(children in a room with two adults):
- up to 2 years old pay 15 € per day (crib, availability of kitchenette h24, vegetable broth or soup on request)
- from 3 to 8 years old 50% discount
- from 9 to 14 years old 30% discount
Third and fourth beds have a 15% discount.
Family Plan in the same room:
2 adults + 2 children (3 to 14 years old) = one child FREE
Child + adult:
- up to 2 years old 30 euros per day
- from 3 to 14 years old 15% discount
Tickets available for Fiabilandia (a 10-minute walk from the hotel) and other Riviera parks with over 30% discount and no lines to enter. Packed lunch available!
- The book early offer cannot be combined with promotion weeks or other active offers, except for child discounts and family plan.
- The prenota prima offer is not valid for stays between August 8 and 21, and from August 29 to September 5
- A deposit is required to confirm the reservation by bank transfer, money order or Satispay. By cancelling your reservation within 14 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of the amount paid, while In case of cancellation after the date you will receive a Voucher to use within the 2025 summer season.
